At our core, we all long to be known. Life’s challenges—pain, loss, relationship stress, parenting demands, illness, and the uncertainty of the unknown—can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. You may feel invisible, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are beyond the struggles you’ve endured. Over time, your body, mind, emotions, and spirit can grow weary from carrying so much, often alone.

My approaches are from various therapeutic modalities & practices such as: Client-Centered Approach, CBT, Somatics, Self Care, IFS informed, Spirituality, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotional Regulation Techniques. I tailor each approach to meet the unique needs of my clients to foster positive and lasting outcomes.
